Cancellation Policy

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription (Auto-Ship) options. This policy explains how each works and how you can cancel or change your order.

1. Purchase Options

1.1 One-Time Purchases

  • A one-time purchase is a single order that is not set to renew automatically.

  • You will be charged once for the products in your cart, plus applicable taxes and shipping at checkout.

1.2 Subscription / Auto-Ship Purchases

  • A Subscription or Auto-Ship purchase means your selected product(s) will be billed and shipped to you on a recurring schedule (every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.

  • The price, billing interval, and products included in your subscription will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • By enrolling in Auto-Ship, you authorize Fortified Brands LLC to charge your chosen payment method on the selected schedule until you cancel, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

  • Express Affirmative Consent: You provide express affirmative consent to the recurring charges by clicking the clearly labeled subscription checkbox or button at checkout. We do not pre-check the consent box. Your consent to the subscription is separate from your consent to the underlying purchase.

  • Post-Purchase Confirmation: Immediately after enrollment, we send a confirmation email with the subscription terms, cancellation instructions, your next billing date, and a direct link to your account portal at livefortified.com.

  • Renewal Reminders: We send a renewal reminder before each billing date. For material changes to pricing, cadence, or product, we provide clear advance notice and obtain affirmative consent where required by law.

2. Order Cancellation (All Purchase Types)

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. However, due to our fast processing and shipping timelines, the following cancellation policy applies:

2.1 Cancellation Window

  • Orders may only be canceled at least 48 hours prior to processing and shipment.

  • Because orders can enter processing before a shipping label is created, we strongly recommend submitting any cancellation request as soon as possible after placing your order.

2.2 Weekend Orders

  • Our business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and we cannot process cancellations over the weekend.

  • If your order is scheduled to process or ship over the weekend, your cancellation request must be submitted no later than the Friday before, during our normal business hours.

2.3 Processed Orders / Tracking Issued

  • Once an order has been processed and/or a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel the order.

  • At that point, the order will ship to the address provided at checkout.

2.4 Returns After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, timelines, and any applicable terms will be governed solely by the Refund Policy.

3. Subscription / Auto-Ship Management

This section summarizes your options; in case of any conflict, the Subscription and Auto-Renewal section of our Terms of Service controls.

3.1 How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date through your account portal:


Online (Self-Serve — Preferred):


  • Log in to your account at www.livefortified.com.

  • Go to My Subscriptions (or Account → Auto-Ship Settings).

  • Select the subscription you want to change.

  • Choose Cancel Subscription or update your frequency, quantity, or products.


The portal cancellation flow is at least as simple as the enrollment flow and does not require email, phone, retention agents, or chat. Cancellation processes immediately on submission, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.


By Email or Phone (Alternative):


  • Email hello@livefortified.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" or "Modify Subscription." Include your name, account email, and subscription or order number.

  • Call (888) 688-8351 during posted business hours and request cancellation or changes.

3.2 Effective Date of Subscription Cancellation

  • If you cancel before your next scheduled billing date, no further recurring charges will be processed for that subscription.

  • If you cancel after a recurring order has already been processed and/or a tracking number has been issued, that order will be fulfilled and shipped, and the cancellation will take effect for future renewal cycles.

  • For orders that have shipped, our Refund Policy will apply.

3.3 Saving Offers During Cancellation

If we present a discount or save offer during the portal cancellation flow, the click-to-cancel link is continuously displayed and operative; selecting it cancels the subscription without requiring you to consider or reject the offer.

3.4 Retention of Consent

We retain proof of your subscription consent for at least three years, or one year after cancellation, whichever is longer.

4. Changing Purchase Options (One-Time vs. Subscription)

4.1 Upgrading from One-Time to Subscription

  • You may convert a future purchase to a subscription at checkout or through your account dashboard.

  • Changing to a subscription will not retroactively alter charges for past one-time orders.

4.2 Downgrading from Subscription to One-Time

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time and then place future orders as one-time purchases.

  • Cancelling a subscription does not affect any order that has already been processed or shipped.

5. Price Changes and Notifications

5.1 Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices or discounts from time to time.

  • If we make a material change to your subscription price or billing terms, we will notify you in advance by email and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

5.2 Promotions and Subscribe & Save

  • Promotions or discounts tied to a purchase option (for example, Subscribe & Save) may apply only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

  • If you cancel or modify your subscription, associated promotional pricing may end and standard pricing may apply to future orders.

6. Regulatory Compliance

This Cancellation Policy is drafted to comply with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 8401–8405), Section 5 of the FTC Act, the 1973 Negative Option Rule, and all state automatic-renewal laws in force, including California Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606 as amended by AB 2863 (effective July 1, 2025), as well as comparable laws in New York, Vermont, Illinois, Colorado, Tennessee, Virginia, Minnesota, South Carolina, Utah, and Massachusetts.
