1. Money-Back Guarantee — No Return Required

If you are not satisfied with your Fortified product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price. You do not need to return the product. Keep, share, or discard it.


  • Strict Cutoff: Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be honored.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies to product purchased directly from livefortified.com. Marketplace or third-party retailer purchases must be returned under that retailer's policy.

  • Limits: Fortified reserves the right to deny repeated abusive refund requests consistent with applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank posting times vary.

4. Subscriptions

A money-back refund on a subscription order does not, by itself, cancel future deliveries. To cancel a subscription, follow the Cancellation Policy. Refunds do not extend cancellation deadlines for subsequent orders.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@livefortified.com. We will replace defective product at no cost or issue a refund.
