1. Where We Ship
Fortified ships within the United States only — all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally.
2. Order Processing

Timeframe: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment partner.

Closures: Our logistics center is closed on weekends and public holidays; orders placed during those times are processed on the next business day.

Subscriptions: Auto-Ship orders ship on your scheduled cadence (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
3. Delivery Times and Carriers

Domestic: Standard ground service generally arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on destination. Expedited service is available at checkout where offered. Carriers and rates might vary.

Shipping Charges and Taxes: Calculated at checkout. Sales tax is charged in jurisdictions where Fortified has nexus.
4. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Secure Location: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We recommend designating a safe delivery location with your carrier.

Stolen/Missing Items: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Fortified is not responsible for stolen or missing items.
4.1 Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, all risk of loss, theft, weather damage, or misdelivery transfers to you. We strongly recommend you request signature confirmation for delivery and designate a secure delivery location with your carrier. Fortified Brands LLC assumes no liability for packages stolen or lost after carrier delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit (not marked delivered) or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 business days of the scheduled delivery date at hello@livefortified.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for an accurate shipping address. Reshipments due to incorrect addresses may be charged.
